At present, for the first period, we will offer the cooperative net café owners with equipments of 24 months installment without down payment to solve the problems in capital and reinvestment of partners. The owners may callback the investment ahead of time (original equipment selling), and property insurance (for the purchased computer equipments) as well as public liability insurance (for all the customers) are also available for owners. We are now working on the promotion of value-added services which would land on our cooperative net cafes. On the basis of target achievement of the first period, BigCafé will choose the qualified owners from those partners (in terms of cooperation in value-added services, credibility, earning capability, profit and stand-alone net income) to go on with our merger plan.
